In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining innovation mindset with deep problem‑solving trusted partner relationship with SEW.ai clients, helping them understand our current and future platform / product capabilities, and supporting them through their journey for next 5-10 years. As AI Platform Success Manager, you will key platform growth owner and point of contact for SEW.ai clients. To be successful in this role, you must have an unwavering commitment to client innovation, service, excellent communication skills, and an aptitude for problem solving. Demonstrated experience in a platform growth / sales environment is also necessary. A successful AI Platform Success Manager should be a team player and have an upbeat, positive outlook.
