A supportive housing organization in Hamilton is looking for dedicated team members to provide assistance to individuals with mental illness. In this role, you will engage with tenants, drive for our Mobile Team, and develop personal recovery plans. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in mental health, knowledge of community resources, and be committed to anti-racist practices.
