Administrative Assistant – (Anjou)

Our client, a global leader in the design and distribution of innovative fitness equipment, is looking for their next Administrative Assistant for their headquarters located in Anjou (East Montreal).

Employment Conditions:
Status: Temporary with a strong possibility of permanence (10 to 12-month contract).

Salary: $24 to $25 per hour (depending on experience).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Location: Office located in Anjou (East Montreal) – 100% on-site.

Travel: Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for occasional local travel (bank runs, office errands, etc.).

Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Reception: Manage phone calls and welcome partners, vendors, and guests to the office.

Operations Management: Supervise inventory (office supplies, uniforms, coffee), coordinate outsourced maintenance services, and ensure the proper functioning of facilities (gym, air conditioning).

Executive Support: Assist in organizing corporate events, translate documents (English/French), and support renovation or office relocation projects.

Security and IT: Coordinate equipment needs with the IT department and maintain a work environment according to established standards.

Qualifications
Travel: Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for occasional local travel (bank runs, office errands, etc.).

Education: DEC in administration or equivalent.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Bilingualism: Proficiency in French and English (oral and written), essential for communication with external clients.

Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills: Energetic, discreet (confidentiality), organized, and proactive individual.
