About the Opportunity
The Wellbeing Program Administrator assesses the needs and eligibility of children birth to eight (8) applying for the Wellbeing Program and supporting them with the application process. The Administrator assists the Wellbeing Supervisor in the delivery of all aspects of the program and services to all regions in the province, as well as assists the Navigation Manager, Early Learning and Child Care with the managing of the financial aspects of the Métis Child Care Benefit Program, including developing and implementing program guidelines in alignment with the Ministry of Education's strategic goals and consulting with both positions.
They ensure accurate and up-to-date statistics are maintained, data collection and reporting efficiently to support evidence-based best practices and monitoring. The Administrator refers Métis families to the MNBC Métis Family Connections resource and referral program, aiding them in the Wellbeing application process and documenting barriers faced by Métis families while accessing Early Years programs and services.
