We are looking for an experienced Litigation Associate to join our clients dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will work on high-profile cases, collaborating with skilled team members to address complex corporate and commercial disputes. Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation cases, ensuring thorough preparation and strategic execution.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers to develop innovative legal strategies for arbitration and dispute resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, delivering persuasive advocacy.
• Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice for resolving disputes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
• Stay updated on evolving laws and regulations relevant to corporate and commercial litigation.
• Participate in development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation by maintaining high ethical standards and delivering exceptional legal services.
