The Rosemond Family is seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding personal support assistants. This position supports a young man and his team in North York, helping to manage the recruitment and onboarding of personal support assistants. You’ll be responsible for setting up systems, screening applicants, checking documentation, and maintaining clear communication with both applicants and family members.
The role begins with an initial 10-hour setup phase to familiarize yourself with the process and establish workflows. After that, the position requires approximately 2 hours per week, making it ideal for professionals seeking flexible, low-hour remote work.
