Since its beginning in Mississauga, Ontario, in 2005, Rosenberg Fans Canada Ltd. has been the sales office and the warehouse of the Rosenberg Group in Canada. As an industry-leading manufacturer and a well-known supplier of high-quality industrial fans and blowers in the Canadian market, the company provides sales, stock, local assembly, engineering and after-sales solutions to clients all over the Canadian lands.

Location: Head Office – Mississauga.


Compensation and Benefits:
Rosenberg Fans Canada Ltd. offers competitive compensation package, including an annual gross salary starting of $43,000 (depends on qualification), competitive matched retirement saving program, up to 10 days of vacation per year plus all Canadian and Ontario statuary holidays, generous Christmas and New Year break, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth with an industry leader in manufacturing within innovative and excellent work environment.

Employment Type: Full-time - 40 hours/week – evenings and weekends may be required.

Placement date: Immediately.

The Assembly Technician will be required to perform tasks involving fan assembly and packaging in a manufacturing environment, and will be required to operate a variety of hand and power tools. Responsibilities will include the preparation of fan components, the assembly of fan modules, and the packaging of fan units. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for the efficient assembly of products according to established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Read instructions and wiring diagrams to assemble fans properly.
  • Complete Pre-Assembly Checklist on all components before Assembly.
  • Assemble fan components, modules, and other products as required following Rosenberg Fans Canada Ltd. and manufacturer assembly instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Terminating wiring connections of fans.
  • Crimping wire connections.
  • Safe operation of various hand and power tools required for assembly and testing of products.
  • Package fans in a protective manner for safe shipment to the customer.
  • Clean and perform preparation of the work area.
  • Maintain a safe work area, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Sweep Floors, general clean-up, and garbage disposal.

Work Conditions:

  • Must be able to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Required to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs over a distance of 5 feet.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety boots, is mandatory.
  • Regularly works in an indoor environment near moving mechanical parts.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects; using core muscles to maintain support over time without fatigue; and performing tasks requiring physical agility such as jumping, sprinting, or throwing.
  • Requires good manual dexterity (use of hands, hand with arm, and both hands) and strong multi-limb coordination.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • College certificate or diploma preferred.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards, including safe lifting and handling procedures.
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Excellent manual dexterity.
  • Critical eye for detail and ability to identify defects.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Capable of walking, standing for extended periods, and performing strenuous physical tasks.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and listening communication abilities.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Committed to quality and safety in all tasks.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
