• Cooking steaks and other menu items to order and to the guest's specifications
• Working the grill/line during busy service
• Preparing ingredients and completing daily kitchen prep
• Following recipes, portion standards and presentation guidelines
• Keeping your station clean, organized and ready for service
• Working with the kitchen team to get orders out accurately and on time
• Following food safety, sanitation and safe food-handling practices
• Helping with inventory and letting management know when supplies are running low
• Taking care of kitchen equipment and reporting any issues

What we're looking forYou don't need to have a fancy title or a long list of credentials. We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous line cook, grill cook, prep cook or restaurant kitchen experience
• Is comfortable cooking steak and other food to order
• Can keep up when the kitchen gets busy
• Takes pride in quality and consistency
• Works well as part of a team
• Shows up, works hard and treats coworkers with respect
