Location: Dartmouth, NS Position Type: PermanentDo you thrive in the energy of a busy kitchen? Our client, a very busy and well-loved restaurant in Dartmouth, is looking for a Line Cook to join their fast-moving, tight-knit team.What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook steaks to perfection—rare, medium, or well-done—based on customer preferences
• Cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in prepping ingredients: chopping, slicing, marinating
• Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe
• Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure dishes are served hot and on time
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when stock runs low
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines
