Project Manager Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning execution and delivery of data analytics and infrastructure projects across multiple business units.

Collaborate with data engineers analysts architects and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans schedules risk logs communication plans and status reports.

Ensure data platforms pipelines and infrastructure components are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business requirements.

Manage project risks issues dependencies and escalations ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.

Facilitate Agile / Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project governance frameworks.

Track and manage project budgets resource allocation vendor coordination and procurement processes.

Oversee testing validation and deployment activities related to analytics solutions data migrations and infrastructure upgrades.

Ensure compliance with data governance security and privacy standards across all project initiatives.

Act as the primary communication link between technical teams and business stakeholders translating business needs into technical requirements.

Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews lessons learned and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

710 years of project management experience with at least 45 years in data analytics or IT infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of data platforms ETL / ELT pipelines cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP) and enterprise infrastructure components.

Proficiency in PM methodologies : Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid models.

Excellent communication stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong analytical problem-solving and planning abilities with attention to detail.

Experience using project management tools (Jira MS Project Trello Asana or similar).

PMP PRINCE2 CSM or related certification preferred.
