What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Maintain broad knowledge of client products and / or services

Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on problem-solving

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule

High school diploma or GED

Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Technical support experience

Familiarity with iOS and / or MacOS or comparable technology

Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

Eagerness to learn new technologies

A desktop or laptop for completing PC and internet testing
