Technician

Overview

We are seeking a Set-Up Technician to join a growing Tier 1 automotive manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting tube bending and forming machines, conducting first-off inspections, and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Shift : Night Shift (Training on Days for 8–10 Weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust tube bending and forming equipment for production runs
• Conduct first-off inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or process issues
• Work collaboratively with Machine Operators, Maintenance, and Quality teams
• Follow all Health & Safety standards and lockout / tagout procedures
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tooling changes, and production runs
