Salary Range : $70,000 - $90,000

About the role :

We are looking for a creatively‑driven Web & Digital Designer who is also highly proficient in front‑end development. You will be the visual voice of our brand across the web. This role requires a "design‑first" mentality you will spend a significant portion of your time creating high‑impact marketing assets and UI mockups, and the rest of your time bringing those visions to life using modern frameworks like React and Next.js.

What you’ll be doing :

Graphic & Marketing Design :

• Design high‑converting digital assets including social media graphics, email templates, display banners, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Ensure all digital content follows brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and resonates with diverse audiences.
