Are you driven, curious, and ready to break into AI sales with a global leader? Coveo is looking for a Business Development Representative to spark high-value conversations, qualify enterprise demand, and fuel our pipeline by connecting the world's top brands with industry-leading AI solutions.

As one of our Business Development Representatives, you will :

  • Qualify enterprise inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, partner channels, and website engagement, initiating warm outreach to uncover business needs and assess fit.
  • Engage potential buyers through phone and email to spark interest, understand challenges, and book high-quality meetings.
  • Represent Coveo at select industry events, interacting with prospects face-to-face, generating demand, and driving pipeline from the field.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Coveo's AI platform, enabling you to confidently guide prospects, ask the right questions, and connect their goals to the value our solutions can deliver.

  • Willingness and capability to learn complex AI concepts and translate customer challenges into high-level value conversations.

    What will make you stand out :

  • B2B tech sales, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or AI-based products.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM tools.
  • Experience with B.A.N.T or Meddpicc methodologies.
