strengths as well as their need for work like a detective to look constantly for the top talent in a dynamic market. Your responsibilities may include :

resources such as LinkedIn or social media pertaining to prospective

candidates.

high-caliber candidates on an ongoing basis through a variety of mediums and

sourcing methodologies.

with our project team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring

strategies for multiple skill sets.

effectively to gain the interest of passive candidates through networking and

referrals.

oStrategize

different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research,

referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
