Technical Skills Analyst

You research to understand client requirements and communicate precisely to convey those to prospectiveprofessionals. You have a knack to understand people and to appreciate theirstrengths as well as their need for work like a detective to look constantly for the top talent in a dynamic market.

Your responsibilities may include :

oDevelopsourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, usingresources such as LinkedIn or social media pertaining to prospectivecandidates.

oSourcinghigh-caliber candidates on an ongoing basis through a variety of mediums andsourcing methodologies.

oWorkwith our project team members to develop, implement, and execute hiringstrategies for multiple skill sets.

oWorkeffectively to gain the interest of passive candidates through networking andreferrals.

oStrategizedifferent ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research,referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.

oA fastlearner with high interest in new and emerging technologies and their businessapplications
