Requirements
🎯 What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers)
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support using ServiceNow, resolving tickets for enterprise clients and IT professionalsTroubleshoot infrastructure issues across virtualization, networking, and storage technologiesCollaborate with senior engineers on escalations and client troubleshootingGain hands-on experience with technologies such as VMware, Cisco, EMC, Palo Alto, and CitrixCommunicate effectively with clients through ticketing and portal systems (no direct call queue)Participate in structured onboarding and technical training to expand your expertiseContribute to internal documentation, process improvement, and change management initiativesDevelop a strong understanding of data protection, networking, and security systems over time⭐ What We’re Looking For (Our Wishlist )
2+ years of technical support / datacenter support experience within an enterprise or Managed Services environmentStrong understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy managementHands-on familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-VFoundational knowledge of TCP / IP networking, subnetting, routing / switching concepts, and VPN technologiesExperience working with firewalls, security appliances, or endpoint protection platforms (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Secure)Exposure to storage technologies (SAN / NAS), data protection, or backup / recovery systems (Veeam, Dell EMC, etc.)Practical experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, and a good understanding of SLA-based ticket managementProficiency with PowerShell or scripting fundamentals for task automation and system checks is an asset🔥 What Makes This Role Exciting
