As Tax Director, you will play a strategic role in providing tax advisory services to our clients. Your responsibilities include:Developing tax strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizationsOverseeing tax analyses and complex filings, including the drafting of technical documentsCoordinating with lawyers, notaries, and financial advisors to ensure legal and tax alignmentOffering strategic guidance to clients and identifying tax optimization opportunitiesMentoring junior tax professionals and contributing to internal training initiativesSupporting the growth of service offerings and resolving major tax-related challenges
