Commercial Broker - Producer

Join a completely independent company that has been in business since 1991 with focus on commercial lines working with high-net-worth VIP clients. Focused highly on the service they give to their clients that keep them coming back. They are looking for Entrepreneurial Producers who enjoy client relationships and are motivated to go out and get it! High return on sales with focus on growing your portfolio as a broker.

• Permanent Position
• Commercial Lines Producers (Some Personal Lines as well)
• Commission: 70% on New Business and 50% on Renewals
• Producers can make up to $500,000 a year based on their efforts.
• 50% ownership of their book of equity
• No micromanagement
• Entrepreneurial position for Independent Contractors
• 100% sales position with a full team to help with your book of business including an Account Manager and Service Representative
• 100% remote
• No leads given, all business is obtained through your approach
• No schedule, as you get what you put in
• Systems used: Sig XP, most standard insurance companies in Canada
• Volume of $5,000 to $5 million book of business
• Licensed across Canada but mainly in Ontario.
• Training available if needed to increase knowledge of products and systems but must have a base knowledge already.
• Unlimited Vacation, as you are an independent contractor
• High-end VIP clients such as Chemical Industry, Real Estate, Construction, Non-profit Special Olympics etc.
• Christmas Party and Summer Party
• Will pay for Ribo License renewal and education
• Very little turn over!! Employees have been there for over 15 years, most people who have left, have left to start their own firms

Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Insurance Broker in Commercial lines
• RIBO license
• Must be able to speak English
• Advantageous to have your own book of business to start with
• Has a knowledge of Insurance systems and portals
