Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

ATTA Elevators provides commercial elevator maintenance, modernization, and new installation services for local and national clients. We believe in partnerships and clear, transparent communication with both our external and internal customers.

THE POSITION ($90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus)



ATTA Elevators is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of highvalue clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across assigned accounts. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with strong technical aptitude, excellent relationshipbuilding skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles within the construction and industrial services environment.

This is an advanced individualcontributor role suited for someone with significant experience in account management who can confidently engage with diverse stakeholdersincluding estimators, project managers, directors, and business ownerswhile representing the company with professionalism and technical credibility.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:



  • Manage a portfolio of highvalue and strategically important accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and longterm retention.
  • Attend sales meetings to provide insight on market trends, competitive activity, and progress toward sales targets.
  • Conduct detailed walkthroughs for Maintenance and Modernization surveys, identifying opportunities and preparing accurate assessments.
  • Manage changes, cancellations, and adjustments to sales orders, ensuring timely communication with all relevant departments.
  • Demonstrate strong technical understanding of ATTA Elevators services and effectively communicate value propositions to clients at all levels.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding Inside Sales, Service, Operations, and Project Coordinationto support seamless project execution.
  • Monitor order status and project timelines, proactively addressing issues to ensure commitments to clients are met.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotes, and supporting documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and client activity within the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and industry learning to stay current with best practices and market developments.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and industry events.



Qualifications & Skill Requirements



  • Minimum 46 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within construction, industrial services, or a technical field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts, longer sales cycles, and technically detailed offerings.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand pricing structures, project scopes, and financial considerations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders (estimators, project managers, directors, owners).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage a geographically dispersed customer base.
  • Highly organized, selfmotivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required.
