Program Manager

Job Title Senior Program Manager Remote - Toronto or Ottawa area Fulltime Perm  Overview We are looking for a Program Manager to bring structure, visibility, and predictability to cross-team execution.

This role will help teams organize work effectively, surface and manage dependencies, assess resourcing needs, and provide leadership with a clear, calendar-based view of delivery across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple teams, and skilled at balancing timelines, risk, and growth objectives.

Responsibilities Organize team tasks around clear due dates and train teams on consistent task formats Attend program meetings and identify cross-team dependencies requiring escalation Proactively escalate risks and blockers to ensure timely resolution Assess resource capacity and skill gaps across teams to support delivery Build and maintain a centralized, calendar-based view of company deliverables Evaluate timelines and risk levels to ensure delivery aligns with growth requirements Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or a related role Strong experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery timelines Ability to assess resourcing needs and identify execution risks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience in fast-growing or scaling organizations Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools Powered by JazzHR
