RPM Expedite is a rapidly growing North American logistics provider specializing in air freight, ocean freight, cross-border U.S. / Canada trucking, and expedited solutions. Our team supports a diverse portfolio of customers in manufacturing, retail, automotive, hospitality, clinical shipments, and high-value goods.

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Air & Ocean Freight Forwarder who understands U.S. domestic freight, international import / export processes, and industry compliance.

You will oversee end-to-end coordination of air cargo, ocean freight (FCL / LCL), and multimodal shipments including U.S. domestic, cross-border, and global routings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced with carrier bookings, customs requirements, and international documentation.

Air Freight

• Book ULD, express, consolidated, and NFO air freight with major carriers.
• Prepare and file Air Waybills (AWB), Master AWB, House AWB, and commercial documents.
• Manage TSA / CCSF compliance for U.S.-bound freight.
• Quote, schedule, and track time-critical air shipments.

Ocean Freight

Cross-Border & U.S. Domestic

Required Experience & Qualifications

Air transport (IATA, TSA, CCSF requirements)
