Building Manager
We are looking to hire a full time Building Manager in the Kitchener / Waterloo area. This is a live-in position that is suitable for an individual that is looking to keep active.

Requirements
Daily Building Manager Duties include :
Cleaning / Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas, corridors, stairwells and elevators
- Prepare suites for new residents
- Perform minor maintenance throughout the building
- Coordinate with contractors for additional maintenance items
- Grounds maintenance including salting sidewalks and minor snow removal on walkways
Tenant Relations / Administrative
- Address tenant concerns effectively and promptly
- Maintain positive relations with tenants
- Show suites to prospective tenants as required
- Collect and record incoming rents
- Assist with the move in and move out process
- Maintain building logs
General
- Follow an on-call’ schedule
- Stock control and frequent inventory counts
- Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
