Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Technical Product Manager with a strong focus on data to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing data-driven products and solutions that address the complex challenges of the waste management industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, operations, and customer success, to create products that provide actionable insights and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for data-driven solutions in alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Data Utilization : Leverage data analytics and machine learning to develop innovative products that optimize waste management processes and enhance decision-making.
• Market Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in waste management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
• Agile Development : Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, including defining user stories, prioritizing features, and facilitating sprint planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.
• Performance Tracking : Define KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and success, and use data to inform future product iterations.
