Integration Systems Administrator lvl 2

Join to apply for the Integration Systems Administrator lvl 2 role at Pattison Food Group in Langley, BC. Full‑time. This position is part of our IT team and reports to the Integration Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, administration, and implementation of business‑critical integration platforms to connect systems across the enterprise.
• Review, troubleshoot, support, and enhance integration workflows.
• Support and maintain data integration platforms such as Informatica IDMC, SAP Data Services, and Broadcom Layer 7 API gateway by ensuring platform and OS versions are up‑to‑date, infrastructure resources are sufficient, and platform configuration is optimal.
• Document and enforce best‑practices including re‑usable design patterns, naming standards, deployment standards, and performance efficiency.
• Stay up to date on platform enhancements, new capabilities, and share updates to development teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues or errors with our integration platforms, assist with production deployments, and manage user access.
• Create, manage, prioritize, and elevate support tickets with platform vendors.

Qualifications

A high‑performing and passionate technical background and expertise in Linux systems, DNS, SSL certificate configuration.
