This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented payroll professional with strong PeopleSoft HCM experience and a solid understanding of Canadian payroll processes. You will join a collaborative payroll team in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy, compliance, and system proficiency are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Support system enhancement and change initiatives, including testing activities within PeopleSoft HCM.
• Maintain payroll data integrity, audit records, and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Assist with troubleshooting payroll issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with payroll leadership and cross‑functional teams to improve workflows and support ongoing operational needs.
