Are you passionate about program management and have a passion for technology? Are you looking to work for a company that values FUN? Long View is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager for our Toronto office who is passionate about delivering on large and complex projects! You will be a member of our PMO responsible for managing multiple IT programs ensuring alignment of scope, schedule and budget to the existing Project Delivery Framework.

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
• Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time
• Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
• Leverage expertise to support the go live dates identified for the project
• Support a team of the MS Dynamics specialists, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
• Work directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics 365 modules and automate data processing
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
• Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results
• Requires communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance
• Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measure the results in a data driven manner

$106,400 - $148,000 a year

Expected Salary Range plus 15% Variable earnings
