What you’ll bring

5+ years of structural design experience

Depth in Canadian standards like CSA A23.3 and A23.1, breadth across S16, O86, and NBCC.

Familiarity with US standards (ACI 318, AISC 360, NDS) is highly valued.

Strong exposure to

connection design or HSS design

is a major advantage.

Spreadsheet wizardry (Excel, Mathcad); Python or JS curiosity a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail.

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you love continuous learning.

Leadership or project management experience is highly regarded.

Base salary : CAD 80,000–125,000, depending on experience. We encourage applications from candidates with different backgrounds and experience levels.
