Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a Databricks Developer and play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of scalable data solutions. You will be responsible for creating robust data pipelines and ensuring high performance of production data systems in a cutting‑edge Azure environment. This is an exciting opportunity to build innovative data workflows from scratch, solve complex data challenges, and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain performant data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Azure technologies.
• Build new data workflows as well as enhance and optimize existing pipelines for scalability and reliability.
• Develop data models and apply advanced ETL design principles, ensuring consistency with data governance standards.
• Collaborate closely with an agile scrum team, taking ownership of assigned stories and delivering high-quality, production‑ready solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, performing root‑cause analysis and optimizing for performance.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, offering technical insights while maintaining a hands‑on development focus.
• Utilize Azure tools such as ADLS, ADF, and Synapse as applicable in pipeline development.
