Duties : - Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials, tools, and finished parts - Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers, couriers, and logistics providers - Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices - Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse logistics planning - Ensure that all international shipments comply with relevant import / export laws - Liaise with suppliers, carriers, production, and customer service to align logistics with production schedules and delivery deadlines Requirements : - 2+ years of experience in logistics, or supply chain coordination - Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems - Experience in a CNC or precision manufacturing environment - Knowledge of trade compliance, and customs regulations Pay rate : - $26.67 / hour paid weekly every Friday Shift : - Monday to Friday 7am to 3 : 30pm Apply today!
