Description de posteInstall, balance, and rotate passenger and light truck tires and wheels Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe Maintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis Complete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc. Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field! A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 55lbs is required This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challenge This role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneeling We would like to find an experienced tire professional, however we are willing to train the right candidate! A valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude are essential
