Temporary Case Manager Nurse (RN) Fully Remote (California)
A managed care organization is seeking two experienced Temp Case Manager Nurses (RN) to support complex member populations through coordinated, compliant, and patient-centered care. This role partners closely with members, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care.
Highlights
- ️ 100% Remote opportunity
- ️ $55 / hour
- ️ 5-month temporary assignment (cannot guarantee temp to hire)
- ️ Active California RN license
- ️ 3+ years RN clinical experience (hospital or clinic)
- ️ 3+ years in Case Management / UM / Discharge Planning
- ️ Experience with Medicare & Medi-Cal populations, preferred
- ️ Previous experience in CALAIM or ECM, preferred
