Job Title : System Test Operator Job Description

Perform automated system-level testing on network switching equipment to ensure product functionality. This role involves mechanical and electrical assembly, inspection, and final packaging of products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct automated system-level testing including Pre-Test, Burn-In, and Final Test on network switching equipment.
• Monitor and report any failures or issues during testing to the Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician.
• Assemble Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) into product cases.
• Inspect PCBA and metal work following inspection procedures.
• Complete final assembly and packaging of products using fixtures and power / hand tools.
• Follow detailed process instructions and work towards meeting daily goals.
• Prepare and kit picklists for the production lines while assisting peers with water spider and de-trashing activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment by adhering to procedures.
• Work at different work stations or areas on a rotational basis to reduce fatigue.
• Contribute to team success and growth by sharing ideas freely.
