Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data systems and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist, you will manage various data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is accurately inputted and updated in our systems. You will work closely with team members from different departments to gather necessary information, track progress on assigned projects, and support decision-making through accurate data reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry into databases and systems while maintaining quality standards.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity by identifying and correcting discrepancies in records.
  • Generate and distribute reports as needed to support operational needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather relevant information for data entry tasks.
  • Perform routine updates and maintenance on data records to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Respond to inquiries related to data entry and assist staff with data-related questions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles, ideally in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Proficiency in using data management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in data handling.
