Solution Design IT Specialist

Seeking a senior–design lead/developer resource to help deliver and validate customer Identification and Access management solutions. Minimum of 9 years of strong hands-on developer experience.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Lead technical discussions and collaborate with high-performance professionals at various levels (junior to senior designer).
• Identify and resolve issues affecting application integrity (e.g., cross-capability/release issues).
• Adopt a learning mindset to treat each task as a challenge, fostering continuous improvement through knowledge sharing.
• Ensure design leverages existing reusable components, aligns with business requirements, and incorporates reusability in new modules.
• Review technical deliverables for quality during detailed design and development, addressing gaps or redesigns as needed.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will:

• Have a strong technology background as a full-stack developer (primarily Java), with experience building large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Experience in building REST APIs, microservices, Spring, and container solutions.
• Possess excellent database knowledge and hands-on experience managing large RDBMS, LDAP, NoSQL, Oracle, MSSQL.
• Frontend experience with Angular or React, with basic to intermediate scripting skills.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with vulnerability scan tools (Veracode, Sonar) and log management tools (Splunk, DataDog, Dynatrace).

Additional Information:

• VMC and Azure expertise are required.
