Class 1 P&D Tractor Driver

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Class 1 P&D Tractor Driver based in Dieppe, NB Terminal . The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic and great and positive attitude with a commitment to provide a Superior Quality service.

Overview

Shift : Mon- Fri (1230-2330)

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, reliable, professional service to customers
• Work with variable shipment weight and freight handling equipment
• Process daily pickup and delivery records
• Perform yard shunting activity as required to support daily operations
• Pre-trip inspections of all units
• Scheduled activity based on daily shipment volumes and customer demand
• Drive, use equipment and work in accordance with the safety regulation and procedures, Traffic laws and company rules
