Communication Coordinator

The Communications Coordinator will support event communications including email campaigns data and list management expert customer service and creating a seamless experience at TED events. As a member of the Conference Team youll collaborate to create successful events that help to enhance the attendee experience while contributing to our mission. Youre highly efficient and organized enjoy troubleshooting and are comfortable managing shifting priorities. This is a 5 month engagement from January 2026 to the end of May 2026 with a possibility of extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to communicating all aspects of the conference program.

Work closely with internal teams and external teams to effectively communicate key information for maximum impact.
