Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Platform AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to identify and address their unique challenges by observing, analyzing, and finding innovative solutions to solve their pain points.

Your responsibilities will include the secure and efficient delivery of platform infrastructure, with a particular focus on AI infrastructure, into our platform. You will ensure seamless integration, optimize performance and reliability while adhering to best practices and industry standards . Y ou will play a pivotal role in unlocking operational and development efficiencies and helping us to evolve to the rapidly changing software development landscape. Your expertise in AI / ML will help leverage and bring those technologies where applicable into our software platform, keeping it on the leading edge.

What will you do?

• Apply modern AI / ML techniques (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, intelligent agents) to address real-world operational and analytical challenges.
• Provide hands-on technical support during the rollout and continued use of AI / ML tools and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and deliver tailored AI-driven solutions.
• Work in small, autonomous teams with full ownership of projects from ideation to deployment.
• Identify cross-team patterns and contribute to shared infrastructure, frameworks, or best practices that enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain agent infrastructure and tooling to support ongoing AI initiatives.
• Prototype and implement new technologies to enhance platform functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Ensure reliability, robustness, and security of new technologies within the platform ecosystem.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services that serve as the foundation for core product offerings.
• Develop interfaces and services that integrate seamlessly with existing data systems.
• Actively contribute to innovation and growth initiatives, driving forward the company’s strategic vision.
