Description de postePaid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with accurate product information and support. Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and collaborate with vendors for pricing and availability. Enter sales orders, update customer profiles, and maintain detailed and accurate records. Convert inquiries into sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and support external sales team members as needed. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to support Branch operations and sales growth. Assist with light warehouse tasks such as unpacking a skid or preparing urgent orders (no heavy lifting). Operate a forklift if trained / certified. Participate in brief warehouse orientation during onboarding to develop product familiarity. Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate resolutions efficiently. Prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain organized documentation, order histories, and customer communication logs. Participate in training and ongoing learning opportunities to stay current on product knowledge. 3+ years of inside sales, customer service, distribution, or related industry experience. Knowledge of mechanical or industrial products is an asset. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections and nurture customer relationships. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Comfortable working in a small team environment with shifting priorities. SAP experience is an asset but not required. Strong work ethic, integrity, and self-motivation. Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our client's fast-growing mechanical and industrial distribution team in Surrey, BC. This position focuses on inside sales, customer service, order processing, and vendor coordination. While primarily office-based, the role may occasionally support light warehouse or shipping tasks during peak needs or onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a small team, enjoys building customer relationships, and is eager to grow within the industrial distribution industry.
