Service & Parts Sales Coordinator - Surrey, BC
Our client is seeking a driven Service & Parts Sales Coordinator to support a busy field service operation while actively contributing to service and parts revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction, sales activity, and service coordination in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers—keeping schedules on track, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and ensuring technicians have what they need to succeed.
Wage : Base Salary :
$60K–$70K DOE + High-Earning Commission Plan
Paid On-Call Rotation (compensated whether called or not)
What You’ll Take Ownership Of
- Coordinating daily schedules and dispatch activities for field technicians
- Proactively contacting customers to book service, follow up, and identify additional needs
- Selling and promoting service work, parts, and related solutions
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Asking targeted questions to assess technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Preparing work orders, quotes, and service documentation
- Ensuring parts and materials are organized and available for scheduled jobs
- Reviewing completed service details prior to billing
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Supporting general office operations and maintaining an organized workspace
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule with guaranteed compensation
What You Bring
Experience in service coordination, dispatch, inside service sales, or mobile service supportBackground in trades or service-based industries (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, equipment service, etc.) preferredStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand equipment and service requirementsA sales-oriented mindset with confidence discussing value and upselling where appropriateExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable using Microsoft Office and service management softwareProfessional, reliable, and team-focused approachAbility to work on-site in a Lower Mainland officeExemplary English written and verbal communication skillsWhat’s In It For You
