Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surrey, BC, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans to achieve business goals, managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to identify potential areas for expansion. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client satisfaction and ensure long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; manage accounts and negotiate contracts.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Business Development, Account Management, and Sales Strategy
  • Skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Identifying Growth Opportunities
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Contract Negotiations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and business analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the appliance industry or a related sector is an asset
