Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pega Development standards with at least 6 years of experience
• Experience in the App Dev Lifecycle via release management, migration, and branches
• Knowledge of job schedulers such as Control-M
• Experience with design, architecture, and delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions
• Pega recommended education to a Pega Lead System Architect level
• Strong skills in implementing complex workflows, rules, and data structures

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in configuring Web applications with Avaya/Genesys Telecom solutions using PegaCall CTI software
• Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex business needs
• Strong technical leadership skills in the selection of technologies, tools, and designs

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Pega applications and interfaces
• Update and maintain documentation, including guardrails and best practices
• Assist with troubleshooting and debugging of Pega applications
• Participate in project teams in various roles such as Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager
• Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and management
• Develop new features and identify and resolve problems
