Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pega Development standards with at least 6 years of experience
- Experience in the App Dev Lifecycle via release management, migration, and branches
- Knowledge of job schedulers such as Control-M
- Experience with design, architecture, and delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions
- Pega recommended education to a Pega Lead System Architect level
- Strong skills in implementing complex workflows, rules, and data structures
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in configuring Web applications with Avaya/Genesys Telecom solutions using PegaCall CTI software
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex business needs
- Strong technical leadership skills in the selection of technologies, tools, and designs
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Pega applications and interfaces
- Update and maintain documentation, including guardrails and best practices
- Assist with troubleshooting and debugging of Pega applications
- Participate in project teams in various roles such as Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager
- Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and management
- Develop new features and identify and resolve problems
