Role Overview

Support the administration, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across Twelvio’s internal initiatives and selected client projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for an early-career marketer who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams (design, content, sales, operations).
• Support internal processes, documentation, and invoicing.
• Track project status and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with vendor, affiliate, and partner coordination.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social, content, paid media).
• Coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO tasks.
• Manage and update CRM and marketing platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Support day-to-day coordination with affiliates and marketing partners.
• Assist with onboarding affiliates and distributing marketing assets.
• Track affiliate performance and prepare basic reports.
• Help maintain strong relationships with external partners.
• Assist with marketing performance reports and dashboards.
• Track KPIs, campaign results, and operational metrics.
• Compile insights and summaries for review with the CEO.
• Work closely with internal teams to support campaign execution.
• Assist sales and business development teams with marketing materials.
• Participate in planning meetings and internal coordination efforts.
