WFM / HR Core Dayforce Implementation specialist
On behalf of our client, Procom is looking for a Junior WFM / HR Core Dayforce Implementation specialist for a long term contract engagement.
Responsibilities
Support Dayforce WFM & HR Core Module Implementations
- Assist with the configuration and deployment of the WFM (Workforce Management) and HR Core modules during client implementations.
- Work under the guidance of senior consultants to implement features like time and attendance, scheduling, labor rules, and core HR data.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business processes related to HR and workforce management (e.g. hiring, employee records, scheduling, time tracking).Document client requirements and help translate them into system configurations.System Configuration
Support the setup of :Organizational structure (departments, locations, job roles)Employee records and lifecycle workflows (hire to termination)Time collection rules, shift patterns, scheduling, and labor compliance rules (meal / break, overtime, etc.)Assist in setting up system workflows, approvals, and employee self-service features.Testing and Validation
Assist in unit testing , system integration testing (SIT) , and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the configurations meet client needs.Help identify and troubleshoot configuration issues under supervision.Data Migration & Auditing
Support HR and WFM data imports (such as employee master data, position history, schedules).Help validate imported data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Client Communication & Support
Communicate with clients to clarify requirements or gather missing information.Provide basic support during testing phases and after go-live under the direction of senior team members.Training & Documentation
Help create end-user documentation and training materials.Assist in conducting client training sessions or walkthroughs as needed.Ongoing Learning & Certification
Attend internal Dayforce training to improve knowledge of WFM and HR Core modules.Work toward Ceridian certifications as part of your career development.Required Qualifications
Dayforce WFM / Time, HR Core with Entitlements experience1+ year experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce WFM (HR Core, Time, Entitlements) moduleSupport and Testing background could be beneficialClient-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.Eligible for enhanced reliability security clearanceContract Duration : 12 months - potential for renewal
Work Hours : Full-time commitment at 40 hours a week
Time Zone : The candidate must be able to work during the EST shift.
