Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 2 : 00pm-12 : 30am (4 days of 10 hours)
Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all products are manufactured in alignment with the production schedule, established quality standards, packaging specifications, and company safety requirements. This role includes coordinating employee scheduling and maintaining effective communication with all supporting departments, including Production Scheduling, Shipping, and Maintenance.
They are responsible for executing the daily production plan, ensuring full compliance with the Company's Health & Safety program, coordinating and overseeing employee training, and maintaining a clean and orderly plant environment. The Production Supervisor also supports continuous improvement initiatives and ensures customer quality and delivery requirements are consistently met.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates, the base pay for this position ranges from $75,000 to $89,000 per year. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate's competencies, including but not limited to education, experience, skills and qualifications as they relate to the role. Fully qualified and experienced candidates will typically align near the midpoint. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance measures.
