Description de posteManage sales within your territory (Southern Alberta) on both existing and new business development. Drive sales growth through consultative, solution-focused selling, with annual sales targets of $3–5 million per territory. Spend approximately 80% of your time on the road, engaging with clients face-to-face and developing long-term relationships. Build long-term relationships with engineering, OEM, and end-user clients. Provide technical expertise, resolve product challenges, and deliver tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of activities (quote follow-ups, call notes, client interactions) and track KPIs. Collaborate with Technical Specialists and inside sales to ensure customer success. Represent vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, including travel within the territory. 3+ years of outside sales experience in the industrial industry. A degree / diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience). Strong drive for success, critical thinking, and a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Technical proficiency and data entry capabilities to manage administrative tasks and track KPIs. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel across the territory.
