Location: Mississauga (Major intersection: Innovator Dr & Ambassador Dr)

Shifts Available:
• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm — $20.00/hour
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:48 pm – 1:48 am — $21.00/hour

We’re hiring Folding Machine Operators to support production at Apex Graphics. This role requires strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

· Review job specifications (dockets) and complete all required documentation
· Operate folding and related production machinery
· Feed and remove products from Longford, outsert, and inserter machines
· Prepare packaging materials (trays, cartons) and shrink-wrap finished products
· Set up machines for folding, stacking, and counting jobs
· Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (training provided)
· Conduct quality checks to ensure production standards are met
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Support additional production duties as assigned

· Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment is required
· Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic
· Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to different machinery
· CSA-approved safety shoes required
· Reliable transportation required due to shift timing

· This is not a forklift position
· Candidates must have hands-on experience operating production or packaging machinery

Examples of Acceptable Machine Experience

(Experience with at least one of the following is required or similar)
· Binding machines
· Manual or semi-automatic round-bottle labelers
· Electric or automatic flat-surface labelers
· High-speed automatic bottle labelers
· Saddle-stitch booklet makers
· Glue-binding machines

· Fast-paced, production-focused environment
· Strict dress code: no jewelry, no nail polish/false nails, hair secured, fitted clothing only
· Safety shoes mandatory at all times

· Temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance
· Training provided for specific machines and processes
· Located near Innovator Dr & Ambassador Dr
