Full-Time Dental Administrator
Scarborough, ON
Opportunity to Grow into an Office Manager Role
A modern, well-established dental practice in Scarborough is seeking a confident and experienced Dental Administrator who is ready to take initiative and grow into an Office Manager position.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the face of the practice, and brings strong leadership and organizational skills to the team.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of dental administration experience
- Strong proficiency with Abeldent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Professional, confident, and approachable demeanor
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for patient care
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday (every other): 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Administrative staff are expected to arrive 30 minutes before and remain 30 minutes after scheduled shifts
Compensation and Benefits:
- $30–$38 per hour, based on experience
