Program Coordinator
The Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company is a Toronto-based, professional liability insurer with a mandate to provide quality insurance services to our insured lawyers. As part of achieving our mandate, we are currently recruiting for the role of Program Coordinator.
The Program Coordinator reports to the Assistant Manager – Customer Service and will act as the first point of contact for most insureds with LAWPRO. The Program Coordinator provides customer service support to clients through knowledge of the LAWPRO policy and supporting materials, client accounts, legislative framework, and PracticePRO.
What you will do :
The Program Coordinator provides knowledgeable, effective, and efficient customer service by verbal and written communication on the insurance program to the members of the legal profession. The Program Coordinator processes policy change requests and updates information on various systems and applications.
Who you are :
You have a passion for customer service with experience, preferably in complex and / or highly regulated professions like the insurance, legal, or finance industry. You adapt well to change and carry a positive outlook. You can work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment. You are very comfortable with technology and are always looking for ways to improve processes. You take accountability to proactively resolve complex cases.
