Data Entry Operator - Advanced Job Description
Handling and preparing mailouts
Batching and scanning of documents
Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve and edit data for UPS courier
Key in paper documents using templates at required speed and accuracy level (FATCA and UPS)
Cross train in other manual processes (Finalize / Dice)
Data Entry Operator - Advanced Mandatory Skills
2+ years related experience accurately recording customer / client information
Excellent data entry skills using MS Excel, ability to accurately enter large amounts of data
Batching / Scanning experience would be an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
Multi-tasking skills
