Business Development Associate (Entry Level)

We currently partner with TELUS to offer residential sales opportunities across the GTA, helping customers upgrade their home services through direct, relationship-based outreach.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Representing TELUS through residential sales across the GTA
  • Learning a proven sales process in your first week, to close 2+ customers to build early success
  • Becoming confident and consistent by the end of your first month, and unlocking opportunities for leadership coaching
  • Taking full ownership of your results while working alongside other competitive, like‑minded individuals
  • Earning based entirely on your output, this is a self‑driven, performance‑based opportunity
